STANDING COMMITTEE :
A COMMITTEE that remain standing whenever summoned ( there may be other Sitting Committees, Limping Committees,Reclined committees so on and so forth ).
And these committees are formed of members with bright back -grounds or memorable , records to help the parliamentary Democracy etc
DEAD LINE : Line on which the ISSUES are declared 'DEAD'
LOKPAL BILL : A BILL that is born and dies repeatedly through at least 4 decades.
HONEST EXECUTIVE : One who looks honest , tries or wishes to execute , the result being in God's hand
